Aledade is seeking a Program Specialist to drive high-priority initiatives within the Hospital and Health Systems team. The role acts as a project manager and operator embedding AI enablement and ACO operations, deploying structured PM tools and leading critical workstreams for performance success.

You will collaborate across Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based contracts, translating strategy into measurable field performance while supporting leadership in governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of progressive professional experience in operations/healthcare.
• Proven capability to scope, track, and execute multiple project workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute initiatives; deploy project management tools and playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and maintain action items with executive alignment.
• Develop AI-enabled performance strategies and ensure field teams understand objectives and timelines.
• Bridge centralized teams with field teams to eliminate silos and align rollouts.
• Provide ad hoc data visualizations to support strategy and analytics.
