Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and oversight of strategic, transformational projects across the organization.
• Define business outcomes, scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and escalation to senior leadership as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Resource allocation and budget management for project execution.
• Drive adoption of KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead change management, communications, and training efforts.
• Mentor or manage junior team members.
