Job summary

Aledade PBC, a public benefit corporation, seeks a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations to act as quarterback for the Annual Operating Plan and OKRs, translating vision into actionable outcomes and ensuring disciplined execution across the organization.

You'll work with senior leaders to bridge strategy and execution, foster cross-functional collaboration, address roadblocks, and keep teams aligned with ambitious priorities while supporting a fully remote-friendly US-based role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in a complex environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance management of AOP OKRs with accountable owners.
• Lead departmental annual planning and mid-year adjustments.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment across Analytics, Field, and Product.
