Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager hybrid role in the United States to lead multiple projects and programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and executives to maximize outcomes. You will guide strategy input to achieve objectives while improving user sentiment and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project planning, governance reporting, risk mitigation, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with large projects and international customers.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification required.
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in engineering considered advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera, etc.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for overall projects and program planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics.
• Link all activities within a program of work to maximize efficiency and reduce risks.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Take corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline.
• Identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Success Managers to define delivery strategy for assigned accounts.
• Act as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments.
• Promote development of processes and best practices for PM execution.
