Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs, to drive differentiation with consumers and health plans through design, partnerships and execution of programs in the at-Home Solutions space.

The role focuses on test-to-treat initiatives and the intersection of healthcare with consumer technologies, requiring strategic thinking, project management, and strong collaboration across Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience preferred.
• Direct experience with health plans.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer labs/diagnostics programs.
• Experience managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies strategic mindset, market expertise, and financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters relationships with external partners essential to program design and execution.
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to gain alignment and gather program information.
• Leads and executes programs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
