Cardinal Health, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs, to drive differentiation through programs linking healthcare and consumer tech. You will own design, build-out, implementation, and management of partnerships that align with broader program intent and revenue generation within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions.

Strategic thinking, project management, and strong cross-functional collaboration are critical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 8-12 years of experience, preferred
• Direct experience working for or with health plans
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, specifically within the labs and diagnostics realm preferred
• Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings
• Applies strategic mindset, market expertise, and financial acumen to inform program design and execution
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution
• Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders to gain internal alignment for program execution
• Leads and owns execution of programs in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities
