Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams
• Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs
• Experience in creating and managing budgets
• 10+ years of program management or related experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to define, communicate, and execute long-term organizational strategy and annual operating plans
• Track progress against goals and report to VP/SVP leadership
• Support development of internal comms for the VP to the broader organization
• Oversee day-to-day operations and implement scalable processes
• Own end-to-end budget management including forecasting and reallocations
• Act as liaison between VP and cross-functional partners across Finance, HR, Recruiting, and Tech
• Champion AI tool adoption to streamline workflows and reporting
• Guide organizational planning including resource redeployment and leadership transitions
• Lead planning and facilitation of team events and all-hands
