Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support its physical retail stores by developing new business lines and expanding existing ones. You will manage workflows to define store concepts from idea to pilot to rollout, while coordinating with leaders to execute short- and long-term growth strategies and build scalable processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the critical path of pipeline and enterprise business lines, develop a timeline, identify stakeholders, and drive Inputs on time.
• Define a new store concept including size, site criteria, differentiators, value proposition, and financial modeling.
• Own program status reporting and site/enterprise reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Author strategic and tactical plans to be presented to senior leadership.
• Identify risks to timelines and elevate to program leadership promptly.
• Drive store expansion and process improvements; enable operational excellence and track key metrics.
• Demonstrate technical acumen to progress store launch program and maintain data fidelity.
