Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior Programs Manager to lead customer experience strategy and growth initiatives for key accounts. You will oversee cross-functional efforts across operations, finance and engineering to deliver sustained improvements and value.

The role requires strong project management in logistics, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a related field is preferred, with Six Sigma or Kaizen credentials seen as a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven logistics industry/supply chain management knowledge and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Six Sigma, Kaizen or process improvement certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of growth strategies.
• Drive new account growth through effective solutions development.
• Ensure contractual compliance and that customer obligations are met.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Manage account-driven initiatives, including receivables, working capital and DSO.
• Ensure KPIs are meaningful and achieved regularly.
• Promote Lean culture and continuous improvement of processes.
• Establish goals, plans and metrics and track progress toward objectives.
