Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Law, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Refining, midstream, commercial, communications or other relevant fields.
• 1-2 years of experience leading teams preferred; strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of materials for MPC and MPLX Board strategy sessions.
• Coordinate S&BD contributions for Board meetings and translate topics into concise messages.
• Manage quarterly S&BD Key Risk Indicator updates.
• Serve as Program Manager for MPC Commercial Skills development course.
• Plan and execute strategic internal and external events including town halls and university engagement.
