Position Summary: The Corporate Strategy Support Manager will report to the Business Development Senior Director, S&BD-Corporate Strategy and be based out of MPC's Findlay, Ohio, campus. This role serves as a central coordinator for the organization, managing timelines, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and overseeing the development of highly confidential materials that support executive and Board-level discussions. The working-manager position also leads a small team of personnel responsible for a range of critical support to S&BD organization. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and collaborative leadership.
Bachelors required in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Law, Communications, Marketing or related field 8+ years of relevant experience in Refining, midstream, commercial, communications or other relevant fields. 1-2 years of experience leading teams preferred Strong communication, project management, drive for results, and collaboration skills required Strong executive presence and ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to executive leadership required Self-starter, naturally curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
