Job summary

The Corporate Strategy Support Manager at Marathon Petroleum Company LP will report to the Business Development Senior Director and be based at Findlay, Ohio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, law, communications, marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in refining, midstream, commercial, communications or other relevant fields.
• 1–2 years of experience leading teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of materials for the annual MPC Board of Directors Strategy Sessions.
• Coordinate S&BD contributions for Board meetings and translate topics into messages.
• Manage quarterly S&BD Key Risk Indicator updates.
• Serve as Program Manager for MPC Commercial Skills development course.
• Plan and execute strategic internal and external events.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for mapping/visualization, the Wire newsletter, S&BD communications and presentation support.
