PayPal is seeking an experienced operations leader in New York City to support the SVP of Payment Services and drive critical workstreams within the AI Transformation. You will own PSP’s operating expense management, help build business cases, and advance the org’s strategic direction.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, moving fast with precision, and balancing big-picture strategy with detailed execution. Strong collaboration with senior leadership is essential.

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination.
