PayPal is seeking to drive horizontal AI enablement across the organization, aligning with the Chief AI Transformation & Simplification Officer’s strategy. The role builds the operating mechanisms that connect horizontal units with the people, capabilities, and resources they need to adopt AI, while supporting program management for priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
• Establish and maintain program management processes and standards.
• Monitor program progress and performance against objectives.
• Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
