• Chief of Staff Support: prioritize the org's agenda and prepare for leadership engagements.
• AI Transformation: drive workstreams across cross-functional teams and report progress to leadership.
• Opex / Budget Management: own day-to-day management of PSP's operating budget and monitor spend vs. plan.
• Business Case Development: build and refine business cases for new initiatives with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: build trusted relationships and influence initiatives without direct authority.
• Operational Rigor: bring structure and attention to detail to fast-moving initiatives and ensure follow-through.
