Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager, AI Enablement for Enterprise to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives from concept to production.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to keep multiple AI workstreams on track and deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead planning, governance, and execution of complex programs, partnering with senior leadership to align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in engineering environments.
• Experience supporting a Chief AI Officer, transformation office, or similar function.
• PMP or SAFe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
• Establish and maintain program management processes and standards.
• Monitor program progress and performance against objectives.
• Communicate program status to senior leadership.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
