Job summary

Molex's Optical Connectivity Group in Lisle, IL is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Product Development to support planning and execution of development projects. This developmental role independently manages lower-complexity projects and collaborates with project managers on larger programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain schedules, track risks and actions, and ensure documentation and governance align with Product Development Process requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Willingness to work with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected lower-complexity projects under general guidance
• Support Project Managers on larger or more complex programs
• Own defined project workstreams and coordinate cross-functional deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, actions, and documentation
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear ownership and follow-up
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and mitigation activities
