Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of broad experience in customer service, contact center operations, and related technology.
• Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects in a contact center or customer service setting.
• Organized and collaborative Senior Program Manager who drives results on time and with high quality.
• Understanding of technology use cases in customer service and contact centers.
• Ability to create detailed project plans and business cases showing measurable impact.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and storytelling for executives.
• Experience influencing senior executive leadership across global teams.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver structured outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to maintain strategic alignment and communicate status.
• Develop and execute program plans and schedules to hit performance metrics.
• Navigate obstacles and negotiate changes with stakeholders from concept to launch.
• Assess business risk and make informed trade-off recommendations.
• Track outcomes and iterate rapidly from learnings and failures.
