Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in professional services, strategy, program management, or organizational leadership.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic programs from inception to ownership.
• Experience supporting senior executive leadership in an advisory capacity with credibility and discretion.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and build context quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of Professional Services to translate strategic priorities into coordinated action and drive momentum.
• Lead a portfolio of high-priority strategic programs across functions and ensure long-term ownership.
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps and oversee PS-wide enablement initiatives.
• Provide senior oversight to Service Offering Management and ensure market-aligned offerings.
• Design and rollout PS enablement programs with measurable impact.
