Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Programs to partner with the SVP of Professional Services and lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, coordinating cross-functional efforts across PS, AI adoption, and enablement design.

The position is fully remote and open to international candidates, including the USA and Europe.

Qualifications

• 12 or more years of progressive experience in professional services, strategy, program management, or organizational leadership.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs from inception through transition to ownership.
• Experience supporting senior executive leadership in advisory roles.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and build context quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
• Genuine interest in and working knowledge of AI tools and their application.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of Professional Services to develop, communicate, and track progress against strategic priorities.
• Prepare materials for PS leadership meetings, offsites, and planning sessions with strategic frameworks.
• Identify organizational gaps and propose actionable remedies to the SVP.
• Serve as a thought partner on organizational design, people decisions, and strategic investments.
• Design and execute the PS business rhythm including cadences and cross-functional planning.
• Lead a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional strategic programs and ensure long-term ownership.
