Job summary

Living Resources is seeking a Senior Director of Program Strategy and Performance to partner with the Chief Program Officer. The role focuses on turning strategic priorities into actionable plans, monitoring performance, and driving program excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities include improving program analytics, budgeting alignment, and cross-department collaboration to enhance quality and service delivery for individuals with disabilities and related needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in human services, healthcare, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and program performance management.
• Experience with data analytics and performance measurement.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the Chief Program Officer, translating priorities into actionable plans and measurable objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to program quality, census, capacity, staffing, and service delivery.
• Analyze program performance and collaborate with leaders to develop improvement plans.
• Develop program dashboards and reports with Finance and IT to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities to expand programs and strengthen organizational capacity.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and effective governance.
