Living Resources in Albany, NY seeks a Senior Director of Program Strategy and Performance to act as a strategic partner to the Chief Program Officer. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, align program operations with fiscal and regulatory requirements, and drive measurable improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in human services or related field.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated budgeting, financial analysis, and program performance management.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to translate financial and operational information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of OPWDD, Medicaid reimbursement, and program development.
