You will develop dashboards, monitor ROI, and craft high-impact executive presentations to accelerate the plan.

You bring a strong track record in strategy and project management within biopharma, excel in communication, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/PhD/MD).
• Typically 10+ years in strategy, program management, and leadership across healthcare/biopharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Partners with DAE to lead strategic projects and high-profile initiatives.
• Liaises with cross-functional colleagues to align and coordinate on initiatives; attends meetings for DAE.
• Develops dashboards or tools to report KPIs, monitors ROI, identifies focus areas for action.
• Drives development of high-impact executive presentations.
• Leads after-action reviews and recommends process improvements.
