Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support Engineering Change Orders, Sales Order management and Accounts Receivable. You’ll generate daily reports for the Master Scheduler using Baan and help ensure sales order accuracy to drive reliable MRP.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office supporting mid-senior management levels.
• 2+ years of related experience with larger, more complex customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer purchase orders for compliance to contracts.
• Verify pricing and process POs and Sales Orders timely.
• Support program managers with AR past-due balances and provide data for resolution.
• Provide daily reports to Master Scheduler using Baan for production planning.
• Maintain documentation to support pricing quoted to customers.
