Job summary

You will help maintain governance processes, compile portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives through accurate reporting. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in program coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Office tools and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3+ years supporting Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Program Management, or Project Coordination functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with reporting, dashboards, KPIs, schedules, and process documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs and projects across the SPMO portfolio.
• Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk registers, and governance documentation.
• Develop and publish project and portfolio status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
