Qualifications

• Supports planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs and projects across the SPMO portfolio.
• Develops and maintains project governance artifacts, schedules, risk/decision registers, and performance metrics.
• Prepares and delivers portfolio status reports and leadership-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk and decision registers, and other key program documentation.
• Develop, consolidate, and publish project and portfolio status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate governance reviews, leadership meetings, and stage-gate processes.
• Monitor project achievements, risks, dependencies, and action items, driving accountability.
