Qualifications

• Minimum three years of full-time or equivalent experience in business, marketing, recruitment, employment or educational counseling, or a related field.
• Associate's degree or higher may substitute for one year of experience.
• Incumbents may need a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Market Career Center services to area employers and other interested parties.
• Solicit employer participation and obtain job orders that meet guidelines.
• Develop apprenticeship and on-the-job training opportunities.
• Create and facilitate employer presentations and sessions.
• Research labor market information to inform employers and staff.
• Maintain relationships with local employers and Career Center partners.
