You will coordinate a small team, oversee confidential materials for executive and Board-level discussions, and manage cross-functional collaboration to drive strategy execution.

Responsibilities include leading board session design, translating complex topics into concise messages, and guiding internal events and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years in Refining, midstream, commercial or related areas; 1-2 years leading teams preferred.
• Strong communication, project management, drive for results and collaboration are required.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of materials for MPC/MPLX Board strategy sessions.
• Coordinate S&BD contributions for Board meetings and translate topics into impactful messages.
• Manage quarterly S&BD Key Risk Indicator updates.
• Serve as Program Manager for MPC Commercial Skills development course.
• Plan and execute strategic internal and external events (town halls, meetings, university programs).
• Lead and develop a team responsible for mapping/visualization, BI newsletter, and SharePoint content.
