Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-07.
• Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education; or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
• Combination of education and experience as listed above.
• Volunteer experience can count toward qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile records and reports on program goals.
• Develop, track, and monitor budget planning and execution at a program level.
• Plan and implement administrative tracking and management systems.
• Evaluate and prepare reports; provide policy guidance to upper management.
• Assist in budgeting, program accountability, and performance evaluation.
