Qualifications

• Submit official transcripts to support education claimed.
• Unofficial transcripts acceptable temporarily, but official transcripts required before start.
• Foreign Education must be evaluated for equivalence by a private organization.

Responsabilités

• Performs surveys and evaluations of programs to determine emphasis and develop work plans.
• Analyses questionnaires, reports, and materials to create detailed study plans, including objectives and methodologies.
• Creates and refines policies and guidelines to assess program effectiveness and alignment with policies.
• Prepares long- and short-range project plans, schedules, statements, directives, and briefing materials for management decisions.
• Develops administrative or program reporting systems including data gathering techniques and evaluation criteria.
• Assesses compliance, budget projections, staffing, funding, and equipment needs; supports budget proposals.
• Duties are developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
