Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews budgetary and program data, workload reports, and staffing requests to ensure funding for positions and supports staffing projections.
• Plans and conducts analytical studies of organizational elements to identify problems and improve resource utilization and management effectiveness.
• Keeps abreast of policies, briefs senior staff, and recommends methods for implementing requirements.
• Identifies problems in program operations using quantitative methods and develops reports with recommendations.
• Develops, maintains, and monitors integrated reporting systems affecting programs with interrelated functions.
