Responsibilities

• Study the programs and administrative operations of a BLM organization and propose changes and strategies for more efficient and effective operations at a national level.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform management decisions.
• Volunteer and federal service experience may be credited as part of the specialized experience requirements.
