Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Army NGB J-347 Domestic Operations in Arlington, VA. You will evaluate and improve programs, analyze budgets, and coordinate cross-functional activities to align with organizational goals.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, a relevant bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of federal or equivalent experience. You will contribute to risk management, policy updates, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and conduct research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
• At least 10 years of Federal, state, or private sector experience in policy, administration, program management, and/or compliance.
• Knowledge of National Guard Operations required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor, and improve programs, policies, or systems to maximize efficiency and goals.
• Analyze data, manage budgets, draft reports, and advise management.
• Coordinate daily operations and cross-functional communication to resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for project health.
• Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, and SOPs.
