Job summary

LMI is seeking multiple Management Analysts/Mission Support Specialists to support a federal program management office in Washington, DC. Join our team to deliver practical and efficient solutions that help our client keep U.S.

borders safe and facilitate travel and trade. You will augment our mission-ready technology efforts, working with IPTs and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain program plans, charters, and deliverables, while coordinating reviews and reporting on progress to

Qualifications

Must pass a government background investigation; U.S. citizens eligible for clearance preferred.
CBP program experience is a plus.
5–10 years of experience with a related degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in project management support.

Responsibilities

Support one or more client programs, including developing and maintaining program plans and charters.
Collect and report on cost, schedule, quality, and performance metrics.
Coordinate status reviews and track milestones/deliverables.
Respond to information requests and prepare briefings and reports.
Assist CORs with vendor invoices, deliverables, and risk management.
