Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced in analyzing organizational programs and informing strategic planning documents.
• Ability to prepare and present informational briefs to senior management.
• Experience developing and managing organizational performance metrics with dashboards.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders for governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present organizational metrics for leadership reviews such as the Monthly Management Review (MMR).
• Serve as liaison to headquarters for Executive Governance meetings and related activities.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic management and governance, leading briefs and planning sessions.
• Lead development of the annual operating plan (AOP) with leaders and provide quarterly progress briefs.
• Provide data visualization to analyze trends and interconnect metrics for decisions.
• Coordinate weekly executive meeting agendas and prep sessions with principals and directors.
• Track progress of goals and milestones aligned with the DLA Strategic Plan.
