US Bureau of Land Management in Washington, DC seeks a Management and Program Analyst to study programs and administrative operations and to propose and implement changes for more efficient and effective operations at a national level.
The position emphasizes advising senior leadership, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and presenting recommendations to support management decisions within a federal framework.
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
This position is a Management & Program Analyst whose primary purpose is to study the programs and administrative operations of a BLM organization and to propose and recommend changes and strategies for more efficient and effective operations for important mission- critical programs, at a national level.
The salary for these positions is based on the 2026-DCB Salary Table.
