Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Business Analyst in the United States to contribute to Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning requirements with program objectives and driving business model changes. You will collaborate with partners, business architecture, technical product management, and engineering teams to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives.

You will help build strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and facilitate collaboration between partners and IT development teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of business analysis supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping and system implementations.
Experience analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Facilitate working sessions and drive outcomes.
Proven records of deliverables in transformation projects (Business Requirements, User Stories, UAT documentation).
Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), CPQ or SAP S/4.

Responsibilities

Analyzing complex business problems. You will identify and understand complex business problems related to processes.
Promote understanding. You will help align requirements with program objectives.
Being a liaison. You will help communication between partners, product managers and engineering development teams on projects.
Collaborating with engineering teams. You will work with engineering teams to ensure that requirements are translated into technical solutions.
Contributing throughout the project lifecycle. You will be an integral part of projects from discovery to testing to delivery.
