Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of business analysis supporting requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience analyzing complex processes and driving improvements.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Facilitate working sessions and drive outcomes.
• Proven records of deliverables in transformation projects (BRs, User Stories, UAT).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce), CPQ or SAP S/4.

Responsibilities

• Refine business capabilities into detailed requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Advocate for business needs and challenge proposed solutions when inadequate.
• Facilitate working sessions to align stakeholders on objectives and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison between business partners, Product Managers, architects, and engineering teams.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements and desired outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive complex initiatives forward with limited oversight.
• Operate with ownership and pursue scalable, long-term capabilities.
• Shape solutions that address both immediate and longer-term business needs.
