Job summary
Autodesk in the United States is seeking a Strategic Programs and Offerings Analyst who will align requirements with program objectives, drive business model changes, and help standardize offerings. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years of BA experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Experience analyzing complex processes and driving improvements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce CPQ or SAP S/4.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive outcomes.
- Proven deliverables in transformation projects (BRs, User Stories, UAT).
- Strong communication between partners and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems and gather data.

- Document requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate communications between partners, product managers and engineering.
- Translate needs into actionable project requirements.
