Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning requirements with program objectives, driving process improvements, and ensuring offering standardization.

You will collaborate with partners, business architecture, product management, and engineering teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and support the end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 Years of business analysis supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping and system implementations
• Experience analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Facilitate working sessions and drive outcomes
• Proven records of deliverables in transformation projects (Business Requirements, User Stories, UAT documentation)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), CPQ or SAP S/4

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex business problems. You will identify and understand complex business problems related to processes. This will involve gathering data, conducting research, and applying analytical techniques to gain insights
• Promote understanding. You will help align requirements with program objectives. This includes understanding the needs of multiple partners, facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, use cases and process flows
• Being a liaison. You will help communication between partners, product managers and engineering development teams on projects.
• Collaborating with engineering teams. You will work with engineering teams to ensure that requirements are translated into technical solutions.
• Contributing throughout the project lifecycle. You will be an integral part of projects from discovery to testing to delivery.
