Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands. You will oversee program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis to maximize performance and brand value.

The role demands deep domain knowledge, proactive communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring funding, reviewing claims and enrollments, and preparing quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (local and out-of-town).

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and ensuring POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims, enrollments, and budget performance; manage invoicing.
• Perform root-cause analysis and prepare QBR-ready presentations.
• Coordinate BRD renewals, SOWs, and project scoping with SNOW tickets.
