Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium is seeking a seasoned Reporting Manager to lead the development and execution of reporting strategies across programs, ensuring accurate, timely insights for leadership. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and integrate cost, schedule, risk, and forecast data into consolidated outputs.

Lead dashboards and data automation using Power BI and related tools, while maintaining compliance with federal and internal reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, project management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in program controls, reporting, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard design.
• Knowledge of federal reporting standards and large-scale capital programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program-wide reporting policies, procedures, templates, and tools aligned with cost, schedule, and scope controls.
• Establish standardized reporting workflows and governance frameworks to ensure consistent and transparent performance communication.
• Manage the program reporting calendar, milestone deadlines, and recurring deliverable requirements.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual program performance reports.
• Integrate progress, cost, cash flow, earned value, risk, and forecast data into consolidated reporting products.
• Support executive and board-level reports highlighting KPIs, risks, and management actions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting through Power BI and enterprise data environments.
• Design and maintain interactive, role-based dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance drivers.
• Collaborate with project teams to collect, validate, and reconcile data; ensure audit readiness.
