Job summary

247Hire is seeking a data reporting professional to create, refresh, and validate recurring QCRM reports and dashboards. You will analyze QC results and communicate insights to leadership, support governance, and assist with audit readiness and strategic decision-making.

The role requires 2–5 years in data analytics, BI or risk reporting, with strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and ACES tools. You will collaborate across teams to meet reporting deadlines and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI, quality control or risk reporting.
Understanding of business operations, quality control processes, risk management, and reporting lifecycles.
Ability to translate business needs into report specs, data elements, audiences and outputs.
Ability to analyze trends, validate results, explain variances and support root cause analysis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

Create, refresh, validate, and distribute recurring QCRM reports and dashboards.
Executive, billable loan, reverification, overturned and unresolved reporting deliverables.
Analyze QC results, trends, defects, exceptions, and risks to provide insights for leadership review.
Support audit readiness, governance, and strategic/operational decision-making.
Apply data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and quality control before submission.
Maintain validation records through approved QCRM documentation channels.
Use Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other tools to build, refresh, troubleshoot, and improve outputs.
Facilitate discussions with leaders, analysts, business partners, and data teams to gather requirements.
Support intake and tracking of reporting requests via tools like ADO, Launchpad, Forms, and SharePoint.
Assist ACES reporting and administration, including access governance and data imports.
Process authorized user access requests and escalate unclear requests as needed.
Understand data lineage, source-to-report traceability, change control, and governance practices.
Develop and maintain reporting procedures, documentation, and audit-ready materials.
Promote consistency, coverage, knowledge transfer, and process sustainability.
Support audit, investor, regulatory requests with clear explanations and evidence.
