Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Data & Reporting to support a large-scale modernization initiative. This role involves hands-on data, reporting, and business systems work with technical teams and stakeholders to analyze complex reporting needs and deliver modern solutions using Power BI and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex reporting requirements.
• Strong background in reporting requirements and report development.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to design technology and reporting solutions.
• Strong data analysis, data validation, data flows, data mapping, and data quality.
• Experience performing root-cause analysis related to data or reporting discrepancies.
• 2+ years of Snowflake experience and 2+ years of Power BI experience.
• Experience developing and supporting UAT, implementation, and user training activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for data and reporting solutions.
• Analyze reports, data sources, and processes to identify modernization opportunities.
• Support transition of legacy reporting into modern data platforms.
• Develop and validate Power BI reports and dashboards; ensure data accuracy.
• Document data flows, mappings, and reporting logic; facilitate UAT sessions.
