Job summary

KOAM Engineering Systems is seeking a Manager, Program/Project II to provide overall planning, direction, and oversight for the Tactical Systems Integration (TSI) task order. The role interfaces with Government stakeholders, technical leads, and leadership to achieve objectives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management, DoD familiarity, and PMP certification is preferred. This on-site San Diego position requires a US Security clearance and a strong track record in large-scale

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a technical or managerial discipline is required.
Existing DoD security clearance or eligibility at Secret level required.
10 years of professional program/project management experience.
PMI PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the TSI program to contract scope and Government priorities.
Establish milestones, schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts; monitor performance.
Lead staffing, onboarding, development, and succession planning for the team.
Manage cost, schedule, and performance with forecasting and variance analysis.
Identify risks and coordinate mitigations with leadership and stakeholders.
Oversee monthly reviews and cross-functional project meetings; track action items.
