Job summary

Koam Engineering Systems, Inc. (KES Inc.) seeks a Manager, Program/Project II to lead the Tactical Systems Integration (TSI) program.

You will direct planning, schedules, budgets, and risk management across multiple DoD-related efforts, coordinating with government stakeholders and technical leads. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in program management, and active DoD/Secret clearance; PMI PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• U.S. citizenship and Secret-level DoD security clearance eligibility required.
• 10+ years of professional program/project management experience.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and monitor execution of the TSI task order and related sub-programs and activities.
• Establish milestones, schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and performance objectives.
• Lead resource planning, staffing, onboarding, and performance management for assigned personnel.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance through forecasting, budget execution, and variance analysis.
• Identify, assess, track, and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities; coordinate mitigations.
• Coordinate monthly project reviews and management reviews with stakeholders.
• Provide oversight across DoD/ Government-related technical scope, including cyber, test and evaluation, and configuration management.
• Ensure compliant documentation, media handling, and governance within the scope.
