Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership for DoD contracts, serving as the Government’s primary POC and guiding contractor personnel across cross-functional teams.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI, PMI/PMP/PgMP or DAWIA Level III, and a minimum of ten years’ experience managing large DoD programs with 150+ personnel. Onsite work at Peterson AFB, CO.

Qualifications

• Active PMI, PMP or PgMP certification and/or DAWIA Level III PM certification with certification number.
• Active TS clearance with SCI access based on SSBI.
• BA/BS or equivalent and minimum of ten years’ experience providing DoD project management and leading cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading a team of 150+ personnel on contract activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government’s primary POC.
• Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, assign tasks and supervise ongoing efforts.
• Manage contract performance, quality, and business processes; proactively alert Government to issues and resource constraints.
