Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in program control or related fields.
• Experience with EVMS and integrated master scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to use MS Project.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensure project schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Track progress, perform risk analysis and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt/PERT, earned value management to monitor performance and intervene as needed.
