Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL, is seeking a Principal/Sr Principal Project Engineer 3/4 to lead engineering efforts in systems integration and change management. This role involves guiding complex technical solutions and coordinating cross-functional teams to advance program goals.

The position emphasizes leadership, rigorous analysis, and execution to deliver innovative aerospace systems while managing costs and schedules.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in STEM with 5 years of related engineering experience OR Master’s Degree in STEM with 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to transfer and maintain final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance or higher.
• Formal training in Program/Program Management including Change, Baseline, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Must be able to provide support until 4pm EST.
• Overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change integration and management; provide technical solutions to complex problems.
• Display program leadership and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work under general direction; independently develop approaches to solutions.
• Support defect analysis and path forwards.
• Frequent inter-organizational and customer contacts to resolve issues.
