Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Nonprofit Management, Social Services, Finance, or related field with five+ years of program operations or management experience.
• Experience supporting or managing government- or grant-funded programs preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational resource and partner to Program Directors to manage administrative and operational components of programs.
• Support program budgets, including budget-to-actual monitoring, spending trends, and projections.
• Develop and maintain operational tools to help leadership manage deadlines, reporting, funding commitments, and responsibilities.
• Conduct structured reviews of programs against grants, contracts, and funder requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Grants, Data & Evaluation, HR, IT, and other functions to address operational needs.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, funder reviews, and internal quality reviews.
